If your dog is found and certified to have a congenital or hereditary condition which adversely affects the health of the dog by licensed veterinarian or major insurance provider, Alli & Gator Puppy Enterprise LLC will provide reimbursement of reasonable, documented, insurance deductible and copay, up to the purchase price of the puppy, or replace with another puppy, or issue a refund.

This guarantee will cover only loss of life that is caused by a fatally genetic factor for up to 1 year of the puppy’s life. This doesn’t cover things that happen to your puppy in your home that cause injury or death, illness, or such things that are NOT fatal.


Spay/Neuter Agreement: This puppy is being sold as a companion pet only, not for breeding. Buyer is obligated to spay/neuter the dog by the age of 6months to 1yr. Please consult your vet for advice on what is best for your dog.

If your dog should develop a severe genetic disease per the Terms and Conditions of the Puppy Commitment and can no longer function as a Pet/Companion Animal, we will follow the terms and conditions of our Commitment. (Found under Docs/Info tab)


This guarantee does not include uneven bites, un-dropped testicles or umbilical hernia. 


Unless otherwise specified, all vet bills for corrective surgery, cosmetic surgery, shots and normal health care, euthanasia, spay/neuter and shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

THE AGE-OLD QUESTION....WHAT IS F1, F1B OR F2?

Hybrid dogs, such as any doodle breed, when you have a mix of full blooded or mix doodle parents the puppies can take on dominant character traits from one or the other parent and we cannot determine adult size, adult hair color and full adult characteristics when they are a puppy. We can only offer our opinion at the time when the puppy is in our possession.
